This property is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Llanwarne in Herefordshire. The barn and cottage are placed right next to each make for a unique set up to accommodate many different permutations of visitors, family groups and different groups of friends. They can be rented separately or together. BlackbirdBarn sleeps two and is entirely self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. The cottage sleeps four comfortably but can accommodate 6, it has two double bedrooms and a third room which is study but has the option of a single bed. Together they provide a really memorable stay where everyone has lots of space and privacy or conversely you can enjoy meals together. Please see the floor plans to see the layout of both properties. Blackbird Barn embodies a harmonious balance of modern luxury within a rural landscape. The barn provides spacious self-catering accommodation with a single kingsize bedroom, and large, beautifully appointed open-plan living space.
Rock Cottage is a characterful 350-year-old cottage set in the picturesque village of Llanwarne, compete with its own ruined church known as “mini Tinturn” by the locals. Rock cottage has wonderful tributes that make it just an enjoyable in all seasons. The cottage although very old and rustic has a contemporary rustic style and there are original artworks everywhere (the owners are artists designers). The spaces have been carefully styled there are thoughtful touches of candles, books and a bang and Olufsen sound system.

The properties come with heating, logs, WIFI and electricity included plus tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper and dishwasher tablets. Bed linen handtowels are provided. The properties are dog friendly providing they are kept of furniture and stay downstairs. There is TV provided with Netflix (you use your own account).
