Our sparkling white is named Celestial Light, relating to the sky or visible heavens, the sun, moon and stars. Aged on the lees for 4 years. A dry to medium dry sparkling white with a touch of brioche overlaying citrus fruits, melon elderflower, and an aftertaste of sweet biter orange.
