Beth is a multi-disciplinary visual artist who works in innovative ways in the public realm. She has delivered a wide range of public art projects over the past 20 years exploring the concepts of collective identity, memory and engagement and she also teaches a number of Art MA courses at Birmingham City University.
As the daughter of a local cider farmer, Beth has a long-held love for the ancient county of Herefordshire and she recently moved back there after years of living in London with her partner. Rediscovering the extraordinary beauty and bounty of the area, Beth has been inspired to bring about a wider appreciation of the secrets and wonder that can be found in this relatively little known part of England.
Beth's experience from the worlds of Arts, Culture, Design and Interiors, together with a background in the drinks industry, are reflected in everything that Furnace Projects presents.
